Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide admin support for the Network Director and network Team
  • Admin of budgets, quotes, and team roadmaps
  • 3rd Party vendor management (with guidance from Network Director & CTO)
  • Chair and setup team meetings
  • Create and update documentation on operational procedures and upload to teams Portal Site
  • Adhere to change management best practices
  • Coordinate/lead and track some smaller network projects
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution (acting more as a coordinator)
  • Raise Purchase Orders, and track progress of the purchases
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands and tasks
  • Work collaboratively with other SME’s and team members on project solutions

Required Skills:

  • Good admin skills
  • Project Management experience
  • 3rd Party vendor management experience
  • Experience of working with large budgets
  • Three to five years IT Experience
  • Advanced knowledge of M/S Excel
  • Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills
  • Basic level knowledge of Networks

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience of coordinating teams in a global capacity
  • Basic knowledge of Cisco Voice and Video; Unity, Jabber, WebEx, SIP
  • Basic knowledge of networking components inclusive of applications layer firewall, F5 load balancers, routers, wireless access, switches, and virtual private networking (VPN)
  • ITIL

The salary range is $85000- $110000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.  Please ask your recruiter for details.
