Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement (A&M CPI) is building capability and capacity to help our clients solve and realize outcomes through their people and organization. We are looking for accomplished transformation leaders focused on driving and realizing outcomes through people and organization at enterprise, functional and team levels.

Interested parties should have a strong background in leading and delivering transformation; integrated organization design and development (having worked with different functional groups to drive organizational design); leadership, talent, workforce strategy and programs; or HR functional experience in consulting or industry.  Core to this experience is the ability to work with and solve client challenges through a data driven influence and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying key client business issues

  • Working across solution networks to collaborate and deliver scaled complimentary client solutions

  • Determine client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches

  • Managing client and stakeholder relationships to establish and maintain alignment and value delivery

  • Evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement

  • Implementing and overseeing the quality of deliverables

  • Effectively managing the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance

  • Leading, developing and presenting proposals and material for business development activities

  • Acting as a mentor in the development of others

  • Developing and supplementing standard techniques and tools with innovative approaches to deliver client outcomes

Qualifications:

  • 7-15+ years of relevant industry and consulting experience

  • Outcome oriented

  • Entrepreneurial and commercial approach

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

  • Strong interpersonal/team skills, high E.Q.

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

  • Ability to address strategic issues and act tactically understanding cross-functional requirements

  • Comfortable with travel

The salary range for Director is $150,000-$225,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.  Please ask your recruiter for details.

Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are also entitled to participate in Alvarez & Marsal Holdings’ fringe benefits consisting of healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages at rates determined from time to time as well as a 401(k) retirement plan. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive a discretionary contribution to their 401(k) from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. The amount of vacation and personal days available varies based on tenure and role type.
