Make the accounting record of the company's operations.
Track billing, payments and collections.
Support for the preparation of the monthly and annual accounting closing. Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
Plan and manage travel arrangements, process expense reports, and manage calendars for various leaders.
Receive and accompany visitors.
Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages, both national and international.
Responsible for meeting room management. Administrative support.
Experience required for the position.
Recent accounting graduate, (degree process)
6 months of experience as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist (desirable) Experience in customer service.
Ability to manage deadlines and manage priorities.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact effectively with senior leadership.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Organization and detail orientation.
Problem solving skills.
