Team profile:

Alvarez & Marsal’s Capital Projects disputes and investigations (DI) team works with clients to advise on Capital projects risk management, disputes advisory, and claims management. Our team provides expertise to manage high value capital projects risks and works in tandem with the law firms to provide expert advisory and expert support in construction claims and dispute matters.

Our team advises clients on internal investigations involving fraud and misreporting and also assists in litigation and arbitration matters involving expert witness engagements in construction contracts, claim for damages and royalties and accounting issues. 

Job roles & responsibilities:

  • Understanding and analysis of client data, and application of forensic schedule analysis, delay forecast analysis and cost claims computation
  • Handling client requirement and participate in client discussions
  • Supporting the team in preparation of reports and presentations to clients
  • Should come up with innovative ideas and technology driven solutions

Basic qualifications:

  • Civil/ Construction /Mechanical Engineer
  • Post Graduate in Construction Management
  • Diploma/Degree in Law will be added advantage

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of Working experience in EPC Contractors or Construction claims Consulting firms
  • Adept in construction planning, scheduling, claims computation
  • Conversant with MS Project and Primavera
  • In hand experience of delay analysis in the projects will be added advantage
  • Good communication skills and presentation skills
  • Quick learner and interest in technology driven solutions
