We are looking for a HR professional who has prior experience in designing, developing and implementing performance management frameworks. This is an important role and a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact in a global firm that is growing rapidly in Australia.
What you’ll do:
The objective of this role is to:
1. Design, develop and implement a capability framework and skills matrix for our three business units
2. Design and deliver a comprehensive and best in class performance management framework for A&M Australia
Critical to the role is the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure that you are delivering a project that all business units are aligned with and happy to adopt.
You will work closely with our global tech team to support the implementation of the performance management framework in our current HRIS system, Workday.
You will lead the communication and engagement plan for the implementation and roll out of the capabilities and performance management framework.
What you’ll bring
Extensive experience in the people and culture industry, specifically in HR implementations, HR consulting or HR management
Successful track record in project managing and delivering key people programs
Comfort in delivering high quality presentations and communications to several stakeholder audiences
Competent in organisational design and capability development
Experience using Workday will be highly regarded for this role
You will have a can-do attitude, enjoy collaborating with your team and thrive in a fast-paced environment
