A&M Infra

A área tem como objetivo atuar em todo o ciclo de vida de projetos de capital intensivo (grandes empreendimentos, projetos de logística, mineração, energia, O&G, entre outros). A atuação da A&M vai desde o suporte a estruturação de projetos, participação em processos M&A relacionados a ativos de infraestrutura, passa por todas as etapas de desenvolvimento/implantação de um projeto e segue até a gestão do ativo.
 

Atividades e Responsabilidades:

• Consolidação de dados para possibilitar análise crítica da situação;

• Elaboração de apresentações e relatórios internos e para o cliente;

• Apresentação dos dados analisados para gestores e clientes.

• Participação na execução do trabalho de acordo com prazo e qualidade acordados;

• Capacidade de execução das linhas de serviço de I&CP;

•Atuação em diversos projetos e trabalho com colaboradores e clientes em uma variedade de setores e áreas funcionais;

•Responder prontamente às demandas do projeto e antecipar ações críticas para o sucesso das iniciativas;

Qualificações:

• Formação acadêmica em engenharia;
• Boa capacidade analítica e estruturação de raciocínio;
• Conhecimento de metodologias de gestão de projetos será um diferencial;
• Habilidades de comunicação escrita e oral;
• Disponibilidade para viagens;
• Inglês intermediario para avançado (opcional)

• Sólidos conceitos técnicos aprendidos na universidade;
• Pró-atividade para adquirir conhecimentos relacionados a gestão de projetos;
• Iniciativa e drive para tomada de decisões;
• Critical thinking skills;
• Habilidades para atuar sob pressão;
• Habilidade para desenvolver bom relacionamento com cliente;
• Habilidade para apresentação em detalhe das análises realizadas para gestores e cliente.
