Our Paris practice is well established and one of the fastest growing advisory businesses in France today. Our French TAG practice is led by twelve highly experienced and established Managing Directors and Senior Directors. This team has earned an exceptional reputation for excellent work & they are highly active in France, working for premium clients on high profile deals: large and mid-cap private equity, fast growth premium small cap deals, multinational corporates, and French LBO’s. Their work comprises French situations and cross border activity in addition to international situations around the world.

Our Global Transaction Analytics team (“GTA”) has grown extensively in North America and Europe and we are currently expanding our team in Paris at the Senior Associate level. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the most respected and recognised names in Transaction Analytics globally as we expand our Global Transaction Analytics team in Paris.  

As part of a select and highly skilled team, you will;

  • Have the opportunity to contribute to varied Transaction Analytics engagements, working closely with our Managing Directors & Senior Directors across the European team
  • Use a variety of visualisation and programming tools while working with large and complex data sets in order to provide tailored solutions to clients to aid decision making and provide bespoke solutions
  • Provide analytical services to private equity and corporates across the transaction lifecycle and uncover maximum actionable insights to support M&A, divestment and investment strategies
  • Gain broad industry exposure working with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap PE houses, corporate clients and financial institutions across a variety of geographies
  • Be encouraged to use your business development skills to build up relationships with existing and new clients and promote our Transaction Analytics capabilities as well as working with the broader A&M community to provide an integrated service to clients
  • Ensuring A&M are at the forefront of technology through keeping up to date with the latest market leading technologies as well as contributing to the sharing of knowledge across the team
  • Gain constant exposure to our European Leadership team, leveraging their substantial deal experience and commercial knowledge


  • Experience working with or a combination of Tableau, Alteryx or Power BI is a must, whilst experience with SQL, Python, Web Scraping is highly advantageous
  • Previous experience with Deal / Transaction Analytics is beneficial
  • Graduated from a leading “Grande Ecoles” in Business / Engineering/ Mathematics / Science or equivalent
  • Fluent business level French and English is essential and additional European language skills including Dutch, Italian, German, Swedish or Spanish are highly desirable
  • Clear determination to deliver the latest thinking in Deal Analytics within a highly competitive advisory marketplace
  • Exposure to Private Equity and/ or large corporates is helpful
