The Role
We are expanding our business significantly in the UK and Europe and as a result, we are growing our internal Talent team with the recruitment of a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Resourcer, to be part of the EMEA Talent Acquisition team and work on key vacancies. The purpose of this role is to assist and support our Talent Acquisition Senior Managers and Directors with effective and timely assignment delivery across the lines of business. The role will be based in our Manchester or Birmingham office, however due to the significant growth of our firm it is likely that this person will conduct recruitment assignments across the UK and our EMEA geographies.
As Talent Acquisition demand is very dynamic in terms of requirements, it is essential that the successful hire embraces a ‘can do’ approach. The successful candidate will develop strong relationships with all our business leaders across the region and support our ambitious growth plans.
