Our German Office is rapidly growing and therefore we are looking for a part-time Receptionist (m/f/d) for our Munich office. You will be the first point of contact between customers, guests, employees and external service providers; someone who has demonstrated strong administrative skills, enjoys helping others, takes ownership of their work, is solution orientated and strives working with an ever-changing, international environment. 

Responsibilities  

  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail and coordinating goods
  • Telephone switchboard support
  • Welcoming and looking after our guests, sometimes also in English
  • Preparation and follow-up of meetings and events
  • Administration and ordering of office materials and work equipment
  • Occupational safety

Essential requirements 

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Friendly and confident demeanor
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent in German and English
  • Service-oriented
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office
