We're developing a cutting-edge Generative AI tool designed to streamline analysis and research by automating portions of data analysis, identifying opportunities, and facilitating interactive data search. Our platform aims to enhance private equity decision-making through advanced AI techniques, transforming complex use case scenarios into streamlined, insightful processes.
We provide private equity buyers with a broad continuum of knowledge and tools for due diligence (IT and operational), merger integration / carve-out planning and execution, transition service agreement negotiation & governance, ERP implementations, IT operations & cost reduction, and enterprise architecture. We support full spectrum of the deal lifecycle from pre-deal technology, operational and synergy reviews, through 'Day-1' planning, to post-deal implementations.

Lead Developer - Front End:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer - Front End that will play a critical role in building and maintaining our web application, ensuring an exceptional user experience with our product suite.
Key Responsibilities:
• Web Application Development: Build and maintain web application using the MERN stack—MongoDB, Express.js, React, Next.js and Node.js.
• OpenAI API Integration: Incorporate OpenAI API to introduce advanced AI features into the application.
• Frontend and Backend Integration: Integrate front end code to backend custom API (written in python/Django).
• Version Control: Maintain fluent Git collaboration practices including version control, branching, merging, and pull requests.
• Cloud Management: Optimize application on Azure cloud for speed, scalable execution and load balancing.
• Quality Assurance: Build automated testing of UI components to ensure robustness and reliability.
• Responsive Design: Exhibit strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-platform compatibility to ensure a seamless user experience across devices.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional experience in front end development, with at least 2 yrs. MERN.
• Proven experience in integrating AI APIs, preferably OpenAI, into web applications.
• Proficient in backend integration, specifically with python/Django frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Git version control systems and collaboration practices.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and optimizing applications for performance.
• Demonstrated ability to build automated UI testing frameworks.
• Proficient understanding of responsive design principles and cross-platform compatibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, web development or related field.
The salary range is $125,000 - $190,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
