Job Description:
Work alongside other A&M professionals to lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for private equity clients and their portfolio companies. Work on a wide variety of complex assignments ranging from pre-acquisition, due diligence, synergy assessment and standalone cost assessment, Day-1 readiness and 100-day planning and execution, driving performance improvement in key areas including SG&A, ERP, back-office supply chain, BI reporting integration, and customer and channel management and performing sell-side support for Private Equity divesting Portfolio companies. Track progress against Day-1 and Day-100 objectives, adjusting strategies or personnel as required. Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Domestic travel approx. up to 75% of time.
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Finance, or a related field and minimum 2 years of experience in any occupation involving investment strategy, financial advisement, or related. Experience must include: conducting financial analysis; P&L and Trial Balance; working with private equity sponsors or portfolio companies; transaction and merger integration experience; working with C-suite executives and private equity deal and operating partners; performing business process mapping and quantitative analysis; and designing and leading the execution of internal and external focused change and communications strategy.
