A&M is independent and unrestricted by any audit conflicts.  We have material Restructuring practices worldwide, including: USA, Canada, Caribbean, Europe, India, Middle East, Far East – and many of these are market leading in their individual markets.   Given our global scale, we are able to seamlessly deliver cross-border Restructuring & Insolvency mandates, with the Cayman Islands team working closely alongside practitioners in our London, BVI, Dubai and Hong Kong offices on restructuring and insolvency cases with entities registered in the Cayman Islands. 

We are winning and delivering work for clients at a rapid pace and, as a result, we are recruiting for talented individuals to join this expanding team at the Manager/Senior Manager level.

The opportunity

  • As part of a highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to work on high profile engagements across restructuring, advisory and insolvency working with many of the industries’ leading Managing Directors.
  • You will be given the opportunity to use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills while performing company-side advisory projects, accelerated sale processes, short term cash flow and contingency planning assignments.
  • You will be encouraged to internally and externally network, both with our other service lines and with the wider business community.

Assignments can include multi-stakeholder and often multi-jurisdictional and cross border engagements

Successful candidates will gain an exceptional range of experience, working on varied assignments across the insolvency, restructuring and advisory spectrum. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to be involved in business development activities including, identifying potential clients, the creation of client pitches and proposals to win new mandates.

The person

  • ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • Experience within the Insolvency & Restructuring industry.
  • A strong background in project managing a mixed case portfolio, execution of key deliverables and supervising staff.
  • Demonstrate the desire to build on existing skill sets and develop additional knowledge of all Insolvency & Restructuring offerings with evident project experience in some / all of the following: Court supervised liquidations and/or restructurings, company-side advisory projects, accelerated sale processes, IBRs, short term cash flow and capital structure analysis, formal insolvency or contingency planning.
