Strategic Growth & Development Programme Management – Associate level

Our dedicated EMEA Strategy Growth team sits in the EMEA office and works across all the business unit leaders to address the growth ambition, and by attracting entrepreneurial leaders to build complimentary new businesses, while remaining true to our distinctive culture, values and \get things done\ ethos.
We are looking for a Strategic Growth & Development Programme Management Associate to be based in London. The ideal candidate will establish and implement governance frameworks to track historic and current progress and KPIs and work with the leaders to address any risks and issues and will run governance programmes as BAU in the future whilst playing an integral role of developing a centre of excellence of senior talent management within the firm. The role will report to the Head of Reporting and to the Head of Strategic Growth & Development, the ideal candidate will be someone who is able to navigate ambiguity and develop concepts into solutions independently, deal with big sets of data, show resilience when solving complex matters and communicate effectively to a senior audience.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Work collaboratively with Business Units Heads to establish governance structures, ensuring alignment with growth ambitions.
· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the model, structure, and team setup against growth objectives.
· Identify and address any special cases that may impact the achievement of growth ambitions.
· Identify opportunities for strategic growth in white space areas, leveraging both opportunistic and planned approaches.
· Collaborate with various teams to realize growth initiatives, including those related to energy, infrastructure, and ERG (Employee Resource Groups).
· Collaborate with leadership by attracting entrepreneurial leaders to build complimentary new businesses,
· Establish and run programmes making them into BAU and creating a centre of excellence with the firm.
· Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Analytics and Legal and Compliance teams to track performance and assess their integration effectiveness.
· Solve complex problems through a combination of data environment analysis and consideration of human factors.
· Explore future market trends, identifying potential external leads for strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a centralized function within a corporate environment or transformation office is preferred.
· Proven track record of building, managing and implementing programmes.
· Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership in a cross-functional team setting.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Fluent in English, any additional EU languages are a plus.
