Our established Transaction Advisory practice (TAG) is an award-winning team in the Netherlands and they work for premium clients on high profile deals, large and mid-cap private equity, fast growth premium small cap deals, multinational corporates and LBO’s. We have been one of the Top 5 Financial Due Diligence advisors by deal value in the Benelux for the last five years. A&M TAG is independent and unrestricted by any conflict with audit mandates and the resulting issues caused. We are also able to operate cross-border seamlessly.
In the last 15 years TAG has established teams in London, Amsterdam, Munich, Frankfurt, Stockholm, Paris, Zurich, Geneva, Birmingham, Madrid, Milan and Dubai. Our TAG professionals provide Private Equity, Corporate & Financial Services clients with buy side and sell side financial accounting due diligence. TAG professionals actively engage in assessing a target’s quality of earning, analysing cash flows, reviewing working capital, identifying key business drivers, reviewing forecasts, and conducting comprehensive discussions with management and their advisors.
Our team in Amsterdam is expanding and we are looking for an experienced and ambitious senior level professional to join our Financial Due Diligence team with focus on Financial Services sector. The level can vary from a Manager to Director, depending on the experience and expertise candidates have.
