Position Overview

We are seeking an AP Associate to join our team in our Tampa, FL office. This role reports into our Accounts Payable Manager. This is a hybrid role reporting to our Tampa, FL office 3 times per week.

Responsibilities

  • Audit a high volume of T&E’s by verifying that they are in accordance with firm policy and supporting documentation is attached using the Concur Expense Management Tool
  • Coding vendor invoices to appropriate G/L accounts and cost centers
  • Reviewing and entering vendor invoices into paperless G/L system
  • PO invoices
  • Research and resolve vendor disputes

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of solid Accounts Payable experience a must
  • Self-Starter, with ability to grow
  • Detail Oriented
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have strong Computer skills and be proficient in Excel
  • Ability to adapt to changes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Provide good customer service to business lines as well as provide good vendor relations
  • Degree in accounting a plus
  • Experience with Concur and international vendor invoices a plus
  • Ability to work independently
  • Hybrid working schedule

The salary range is $55,000 - $60,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.  Please ask your recruiter for details.
