Vacancy: Manager - Finance

Location: Mumbai/ Delhi

Reporting into: Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:

Job Purpose:

· General Ledger Accounting

· Accounts Payable

· Accounts receivable

· TDS/GST compliances & Notices

· Employee Reimbursements

· Vendor Master Management

Reporting & Closing:

· Timely closing and reporting every month

· Ensuring all Balance sheet accounts are justified

· Daily reconciliation of bank accounts

· Compliance to IND AS (local reporting) and IFRS (Group reporting)

Audits:

· Co-ordination with Auditors and timely completion of Statutory, Tax and Group Audit

Accounts Payable:

· Invoice booking as per the timelines

· Making Vendor payments on time

· Creation of Vendor master within timelines

· Regular vendor and intercompany account reconciliations

· Review and cleaning of Aged vendor payables, advances and GRNI

Accounts receivable:

· Accounting of Customer payments

· Providing analytical reports to Stakeholders

Internal Controls:

· Ensuring all processes are complying with the Group Internal control framework

Tax Compliances:

· All requirements related to TDS and GST are complied

Simplification/Automation:

· Continuous review of processes to identify automation and simplification opportunities

Team Management:

· To provide leadership, direction and management to the finance shared services center team in a

manner that ensures exceptional service to all stakeholders and that produces market differentiation

and competitive advantage

· Develop a strong team through continuous team engagement and motivation

Qualification & Experience

· Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance or Experienced Inter CA

· Approximately 5 years post qualification experience, working in the Financial Shared Services domain

in a Manufacturing set up would be preferred

· MNC Experience desired. Executives working with reputed Indian MNC’s could also be considered

· Expertise in General ledger accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable, Auditing, Group

reporting and adept to tax compliances and SAP processes.

· Proficiency in Digital Tools / Automation
