Description

Análises voltadas a tributação em remessas cross-border, estruturas de investimento internacional, estruturas de funding (equity vs. debt) e repatriação (dividendos, juros, royalties, serviços etc.).

Participação em projetos de reorganização, suportando as análises fiscais (planejamento tributário envolvendo regimes de tributação, utilização de prejuízos fiscais acumulados, distribuição de lucros, Juros sobre o Capital Próprio etc.), além de coordenar as análises de outras frentes envolvidas no projeto ao longo dos processos de implementação das estruturas propostas.

Análises no contexto de projetos de M&A envolvendo o planejamento de dedutibilidade fiscal do ágio (mais-valias, intangíveis e goodwill).

Questões relacionadas à adoção das novas regras de preços de transferência, métodos aplicáveis etc.

Análises envolvendo tratados para evitar a dupla tributação.

Análises de tributação local e internacional envolvendo intangíveis (software, marca, patentes, diferentes tipos de direitos etc.)

Trabalho em conjunto com times de outras jurisdições em projetos internacionais das mais diversas naturezas.

Requisitos:

Formação em Direito, Contabilidade, Administração e áreas relacionadas.

Experiência prévia, entre 4 e 5 anos, em International Tax e Tax Structuring.

Inglês fluente.

Conhecimentos em contabilidade são um adicional.
