The Team 
 
A&M’s Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice focuses on serving upper middle market and large-cap private equity firms. The team specializes in pre-deal due diligence, value creation planning, post-merger integration, and performance improvement implementation. A&M works directly with company management to stabilize financial and operational performance, delivering profitability and working capital improvement measures.
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to the success of private equity portfolio companies.
 
How you will contribute
 
  • Conduct commercial and operational due diligence, value creation planning, post-merger integration, and performance improvement implementation.
  • Advise and implement performance improvement programs for large private equity portfolio companies across various industries.
  • Ensure that commercial due diligence (CDD) reports are realized effectively, delivering value, cost reduction, and quick wins.
  • Support projects with private equity-owned companies to improve commercial performance and implement go-to-market strategies.
 
Qualifications
 
  • Experience in commercial due diligence, performance improvement, and transformations.
  • Consulting experience (industry experience is a plus).
  • Excellent academic background with a university degree.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English (business level).
