We have an exciting internship opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in tax focusing on Transfer Pricing.

Since inception, the global tax team at A&M has enjoyed exponential growth. Our team has grown to over 800 professionals across the globe and we are now looking to further continue this growth in the Middle East (Dubai) where we have a fully fledged Tax team covering areas of transactions / M&A tax, indirect tax, corporate tax and transfer pricing.
What does the role involve?
If you are a fresh graduate and a self-starter with a degree in accounting, finance, law or economics, then we are looking for you. You will be an active part of the team supporting on a variety of projects for our Middle East operations. This internship is for someone who is looking to gain experience in all aspects of transfer pricing.
As part of the transfer pricing team, you will work with senior leaders on all aspects of transfer pricing for multinational clients. This includes the following:
Preparing economic analyses to appropriately price intercompany transactions
Assist with post-merger integration following a life event for a company
Assist with debt capacity and intercompany interest rate analyses
Preparation of planning and compliance transfer pricing documentation
Prepare thought leadership materials and new business development
Assisting in conducting industry and SWOT analyses to support transfer pricing documentation workstreams
Assist with preparation of proposals, go-to market, and training material.
Any other reasonable and related tax and transfer pricing task.
As part of the role, you will be trained in the core principles of tax and transfer pricing and will look to apply that knowledge in the day to day work.
Please note that we pay a stipend of AED5,000 per month for the internship and work-related expenses will be covered. A&M will not provide accommodation in Dubai.
Requirements:

hold a valid UAE residency, under family or university sponsorship
be a fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a similar discipline from an accredited top-tier university
have strong analytical skills combined with well-developed financial modelling capabilities
have excellent oral and written English and Arabic communication skills
have good organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
be flexible & adaptable to juggle range of different tasks
have discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
have the ability to research, analyse & present material clearly
be proficient in Microsoft office tools (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
be based in the office at least 4 days a week in Dubai (DIFC).

Ideally, we would like the intern to start as soon as possible but we can be flexible with the timing of the internship.
