What we do
The Performance Improvement Practice works with Private Equity and Corporate clients in Singapore and all over the world. Our areas of expertise include pre-M&A due diligence, merger integration, post-M&A growth strategy, corporate finance advisory, organizational and cost transformation, supply chain digitization and manufacturing operational improvement, interim and crisis management, and CFO finance leadership. We differentiate ourselves by the result-driven approach, the hands-on mindset, and the ability to provide leadership amidst complex situations.
A&M is rapidly expanding in Southeast Asia and seeking to hire Directors with significant industry experience specializing in manufacturing. We operate across multiple industries including but not limited to precision manufacturing, semiconductors, automotive, consumer packaged goods, food processing, apparel manufacturing, etc.

Alvarez & Marsal established its Southeast Asia and Australia presence in 2017 and has in the last 3 years scaled up rapidly across the region, with 8 offices now in Singapore (HQ), Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta and Ho Chi Minh City; these are complemented by our offices in North Asia in Greater China (Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing) & Korea (Seoul) and India (Mumbai, Bengaluru, New Delhi). Our experienced team has an average of more than 15 years’ experience and combines top-tiers consultants and C-level executives from different industries and is led by Utsav Garg, Managing Director and Head, Southeast Asia and Australia.
