We are expanding our Infrastructure business and are searching for leaders in key markets such as North America, Latin America, Middle East, Europe, Asia and South Africa.
Activities and Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of work fronts with expertise, identifying improvement initiatives and actively engaging with the client in all phases of the project;
- Lead meetings and presentations with both client and A&M's managerial and executive levels, demonstrating confidence and mastery of the topics discussed;
- Assume a leadership role with teams and clients, participating in effective negotiations and collaborations between leaders;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients;
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships for business growth;
- Participate in events and associations to foster relationships and identify opportunities;
- Work with a creative mindset to co-create solutions and offer innovative approaches to address client challenges;
- Take advantage of industry network and influence to identify and develop new business opportunities for I&CP and other Business Units;
- Facilitate analyses to guide project delivery, proposing action plans and demonstrating confidence in decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related major;
- +10 years of proven experience in business development and/or infrastructure project management;
- The ideal candidate will have prior experience in consulting firms, with strong business acumen, strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Availability for travel;
- Experience in management consulting for infrastructure and capital projects industries such as Energy, Oil & Gas, Mining, Water, Transportation, etc.
Specific characteristics include:
- Self-started and team oriented individual;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate to senior members of target management, client representatives and colleagues;
- Highly analytical and problem-solving mind-set;
- Strong project management and negotiation skills;
- Motivated and effective in a fast-paced and dynamic culture.
The salary range is $180k - $300k annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
Full-time Positions and Part-time Positions Over 30 hours
Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are also entitled to participate in Alvarez & Marsal Holdings’ fringe benefits consisting of healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages at rates determined from time to time as well as a 401(k) retirement plan. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive a discretionary contribution to their 401(k) from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave.
