The Position
You will join the Digital & Analytics team at A&M, where we collaborate with our clients to improve their use of data and enable them to become truly data-driven enterprises. We solve complex industry problems through our expertise in a variety of fields such as Digital Transformation, Data Strategy, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, and Automation.
As a data analytics professional, you will be responsible for advancing the development of A&M’s data science and digital transformation capability, delivering greater value to our clients through analytics-led operational improvements, and transformation engagements.
An ideal candidate for the role will have experience in some of the following areas:
- Fluency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, R, Scala, Julia, PySpark).
- Fluency in managing large scale data and advanced SQL (relational and non-relational database, Athena query engine, Postgre, Big query etc.)
- Hands on experience in dashboard development (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau etc.)
- Strong and efficient PowerPoint presentation skills
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience in few of the following areas: machine learning, statistics, text analytics, graph analytics, deep learning, forecasting, optimization, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, information retrieval, supply chain optimization
- Functional knowledge of AWS, GCP and Azure Platform is a plus
- Experience of working in Big4 accounting firms, FinTech, BFSI is a plus.
- Ability to distill informal customer requirements into problem definitions, dealing with ambiguity, iteration of work and competing objectives
- Review client engagement deliverables (e.g., Business Cases, process design documents, test strategies, and plans) to ensure the quality of content and presentation aligned with a statement of work and A&M standards.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, ability to convey analytics outcomes and considerations to non-experts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidate should hold bachelor’s degree in technology/ economics/ Statistics from OR master’s degree in management/ engineering/ Statistics from reputed schools with 3+ years of relevant industry work experience providing advanced analytics solutions strongly preferred.
