Position: Senior Director, CRG (Grocery and Food Retail Experience preferred)

CRG is currently seeking Management Consulting leaders with significant consulting / operating experience in the Grocery and Food Retail space. Join our growing Grocery and Food Retail team and make immediate impact with our clients.
As a Senior Director at CRG, you will partner with leadership and clients on programs ranging from strategy to large-scale transformation, including digital transformation, M&A, and turnaround. You will also lead project teams and tackle complex challenges alongside senior executives from day one.
We are seeking a leader with:
Demonstrated success with a proven track record of value creation & deep industry relationships (including Foodservice, QSR, Travel / Hospitality)
Exceptional problem-solving, with a proven track record of value creation & a strong passion for client services
Experience driving large scale transformations and assist during M&A / carve out activities
Ability to effectively drive project teams to excellence, ensuring precise management of time-sensitive projects while engaging in strategic discussions
Expert communication skills, and an ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences, expertly analyze data, and nurture client relationships in dynamic environments while guiding and inspiring junior colleagues.
Desired Professional Experience:
10-15 Years of Significant consulting projects or engagements within the Grocery and Food Retail industry in one or more of the following areas:
Manufacturing and Contract Manufacturing
Direct & Indirect Procurement
Merchandising & Category Management
Distribution & Logistics, Network Modeling
Sales & Marketing effectiveness, processes, incentives
SG&A cost reduction
M&A: Divestitures/Carve-Outs and Integration
Information Technology and Digital Improvements
Qualifications:
Preferred 15+ years of Consumer and / or Retail sectors with Consulting Experience
Strong technical acumen and comfortable working with complex data
Experience leading and managing complex work streams and projects
Build and drive the case for change on related work streams and projects
Independently structure problem solving approaches and adapt quickly to changing direction
Synthesize complex analysis and identifies implications with attention to detail
Creative with the development of new tools, methodologies and approaches
Experience with proposal development, strong commercial instincts and interest
Advanced written communication skills, self-directed with preparation of client ready document and presentation development.
Open to +/- 60% travel M-F

The salary range is $200,000 -225,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
