    About the Role: 

    As an Intern, you will be part of the CTS team for 3-6 months and your tasks will include:

    • Supporting clients in transformation initiatives with a focus on driving \rapid results\ that create long-lasting value
    • Conducting insightful analyses and developing forward-thinking strategies to help shape successful transformation concepts
    • Collaborating on international projects across various industries, including strategic realignment, corporate restructuring, and company-wide efficiency improvements

    Qualifications:

    • A strong academic background with an excellent Bachelor's degree and enrollment in a Master’s or MBA program
    • A keen interest in business and a passion for problem-solving—comfort with numbers is a plus
    • Analytical skills and proficiency in tools like MS Excel and PowerPoint to create impactful presentations and insights
    • A hands-on approach with a focus on delivering results and excellent communication skills to work effectively in teams
    • Previous experience in consulting, private equity, banking, or industry internships is a plus, but not required
    • Fluency in both German and English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is a bonus
