About Infrastructure & Capital Projects

I&CP is Global Practice with presence in NA, SA, Europe, ME, India and Australia. We assist our clients in capital-intensive and long-maturity projects through exclusive methodologies implemented by a team of competency leaders and industry experts. We work across project lifecycle focused around project performance improvement. We bring integrated vision of Financial, Technical and Regulatory to enable success. We work in areas of Captial Strategy, CapEx Efficiency, Integrated Project Planning, Supply Strategy, Construction Advisory, Transition to Operations, Asset Management, Portfolio Value Creation, Regulatory Advisory and Dispute Advisory.

Activities & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of workstreams, identifying improvement initiatives and playing an active role in all aspects of client engagement.
  • Manage / facilitate meetings and presentations with both client and A&M's leadership, displaying confidence and deep understanding of the topics discussed.
  • Respond promptly to project demands and anticipate critical actions for the success of initiatives.
  • Engage in various proposals & BD efforts, collaborating with multiple colleagues and clients across a variety of sectors and functional areas.
  • Facilitate effective collaborations between leadership, achieving alignments and producing outcomes that serve the interests of all stakeholders.
  • Contribute to practice development by supporting product and/or industry development.
  • Develop and grow the accounts currently involved with, identifying opportunities and work alongside leadership to translate them into business.
  • Serve as a bridge between staff and leadership for culture dissemination and conflict management.
  • Coordinate and ensure compliance with administrative matters (Scheduling, Sales Spreadsheet, Collections, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • 6-7 years of minimum total experience in EPC & Project Management and related sectors, 3 of which is in Consulting industry
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects in a multicultural and corporate environment.
  • Engineering qualification is a must. Postgraduate degree in Management and/or finance is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Capital Projects – Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Power & Renewable Energy, Chemicals and other heavy engineering.
  • Certification in project management from recognized entities (e.g., AACE, PMI, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 90% of the time)

Competencies:

  • Technical understanding & hands-on experience in design, procurement or execution of key technical packages in a capex environment
  • Ability to collaborate & co-create internal solutions or new business opportunities with clients
  • Capacity to lead under pressure, within fast-paced workflows and/or tight deadlines
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Proactivity in acquiring knowledge of innovative project management technologies.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Ease in building long-term relationships with clients and high-level hierarchies, both internally and externally.
  • Sensitivity to explore new avenues for A&M's involvement within current clients.
