Manager/Director, Valuation Services – Structured Finance & Capital Equipment Valuation for Renewable Energy

What will you be doing?
As part of the Structured Finance Valuation team, you will have the opportunity to assist in the valuation of renewable and alternative energy assets. Our team works on lease appraisals, asset-based financings, partnership structures and project finance as well as other related engagements. We have valuation expertise across asset classes, working with power, oil and gas, automotive, high-tech manufacturing, construction, dairy, over-the road, rail and aircraft companies. Currently, the majority of our valuations relate to renewable and alternative energy assets including solar, wind, fuel-cell, biogas and battery storage.
You will assist in the review and consideration of client provided information (including projected cash flows, and other relevant project documentation) as well market, industry and internal information, in order to derive indications of value using the income approach method (discounted cash flow analysis). You will also analyze market and industry information to be used in the financial models and to develop discount rates.
As part of a select, highly skilled, and entrepreneurial team, you will have the opportunity to serve a wide range of participants in the renewable and alternative energy space with valuation services. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive a discretionary contribution to their 401(k) from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. The annual base salary range is $130-$165k, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
