Description

Atividades e responsabilidades:

• Prestar assistência administrativa aos sócios da companhia para emissão de passagens, reserva de hotéis, agendamento de reuniões;

• Recepcionar sócios, colaboradores e new hires;

• Realizar contato com fornecedores para cotação/negociação de preços para compra de material de escritório, eventos corporativos, etc);

• Confecção de relatórios de despesas;

• Recebimento, organização, arquivo e envio de documentações;

 Controle e compra de insumos;

• Zelar pelo escritório de forma geral.

Competências profissionais:

• Organização;

• Proatividade;

• Boa comunicação;

Qualificações:

• Ensino superior completo (Administração de empresas, Secretariado ou áreas correlatas);

• Desejável Inglês;

• Necessário disponibilidade para atuação full presencial: (Tendo que alternar entre os escritórios da Berrini e Faria Lima.)
