Corporate Finance

Corporate Finance at A&M includes Debt Advisory, M&A and Restructuring. We advise private equity, corporates and banks and other financial institutions and our team works closely and in conjunction with performance improvement, financial services and turnaround management divisions of the firm.


  • Lead debt advisory roles for private equity and corporates, including acquisition finance, refinancings and asset backed and structured financing.
  • Co-ordinate with M&A, tax, performance improvement, carve out and financial due diligence teams within A&M on related engagements
  • Support senior staff with client development work related to pre- and post-deal transaction work
  • Generate business leads and act as a mentor to the junior staff; especially in regard A&M Australian staff; engage in practice development, marketing and selling efforts


  • Experience in structuring and negotiating a wide variety of financing transactions is essential.
  • Understanding the lending process and required information for financial institutions
  • An ability to package, present, model and evaluate such information is also key.
