Activities and Responsibilities:
Manage relationships between A&M business units and Corporate IT across Latin America.
Analyze and improve the current technology environment to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Work on complex business problems and provide innovative solutions.
Participate in all phases of projects, from planning to execution and closure.
Support the creation and implementation of change management strategies and UAT programs.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress and priorities.
Issue business communications and share IT knowledge and contingency plans.
Contribute to the development of the ITBP framework and roadmap.
Promote ongoing technology adoption and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience in IT and business relationship/partnership roles.
Bachelor's degree in a related area.
Competencies:
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
Self-motivation and strong work ethic.
Understanding of business success drivers.
Moderate data and business analysis skills.
Experience in defining and improving business processes.
Professional and positive approach to challenges and opportunities.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Effective collaboration and communication at all organizational levels.
Reasonably strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and features
Knowledge of artificial intelligence platforms is a plus.
Good understanding of MS Azure a plus.
English proficient
