Receptionist - Milan - Categorie Protette 68/99

Our Milan office is looking for a Receptionist (Categorie Protette 68/99) to join the team and work onsite.
Responsibilities:
Meet and greet all visitors, offer refreshments and direct them to the appropriate people or meetings
Answer and transfer all incoming phone calls. Take accurate telephone messages, ensuring they reach the recipient in a timely manner
Manage office desks/meeting room booking requests and ensure meeting rooms are presentable, with all necessary stationery and material, including video conference equipment and functionality
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling accesses via the reception desk
Manage all incoming deliveries, ensuring they are dealt with promptly and correctly including parcels and express courier packages
Responsible for preparing and arranging courier services (national and international) whenever needed for all items including corporate gifts or company publications, or items between the regional offices
Responsible for filing, copying, binding and scanning
Order and dispense supplies for the office
‘Go to person’ for daily office supplies needs (laptop charger, batteries, etc.)
Provide general administrative support if and when required
Requirements:
Previous experience in a professional services environment
Some prior experience in a similar position
Fluent in English and Italian
Professional level knowledge of MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize
Able to cope well with time constraints and work under pressure
Flexible to accommodate out of hours requests, if needed
Proactive, dedicated to meeting deadlines and able to manage stress
Positive attitude, as well as discretion and sensitivity
Willingness to commit to and align with company culture and values
