About our A&M Transaction Advisory Group 
 
The A&M Global Transaction Advisory Group (“Global TAG”) is comprised of former Big Four CAs who provide private equity, infrastructure and corporate clients with highest quality buy side and sell side financial accounting due diligence. Global TAG professionals actively engage in assessing a target’s quality of earnings, analysing cash flows, reviewing working capital, identifying key business drivers, reviewing forecasts, and conducting comprehensive discussions with management and their advisors.  

We are continuing to expand across our Australian business and looking for people with an entrepreneurial mindset who want to make a difference at A&M. We are looking for people: 
 

  • To help build and grow A&M and its affiliates’ Australia platform;
  • To work on a diverse range of complex assignments, alongside other experienced management professionals leading a project;
  • To generate business leads and act as a mentor to the junior A&M Australian staff;
  • To engage in practice development, marketing and selling efforts; and
  • Any other matters as reasonably requested by A&M or an authorized representative thereof.

What you will have to join the A&M team: 

  • Participate in due diligence engagements related to the acquisition or disposal of businesses by private equity investors or strategic corporate buyers
  • Analyse financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management
  • Project manage information flows and manage key stakeholders
  • Prepare/evaluate pro forma financial information
  • Identify issues that impact purchase price and deal structuring
  • Based on your analysis write up your findings and recommendations
  • Identify business development opportunities and assist Directors on proposals and new business opportunities by drafting responses, participating in the proposal process, building client relationships and demonstrating knowledge of client business.
