Our Sydney team is looking for an IT Business Partner to join A&M. You will be managing business relationships between A&M business units and Corp IT increasing efficiency, enhancing effectiveness and creating competitive advantage. We are looking for a superior communicator that can drive projects and innovation across the APAC business.

What you will be doing:

• Working with stakeholders across the business to provide a superior service across all lines of business and ensure delivery of projects;
• Ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery of technology solutions to address business needs and challenges;
• Analysing the current technology environment to detect critical deficiencies, recommend and implement solutions to create a holistic experience for A&M business & IT operations;
• Creating, implementing and delivering change management strategies and plans to maximize user adoption and proficiency;
• Proactively solicit, set and/or manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress, contribute to prioritization, and leadership/oversight for in flight projects or major issue resolution;
• Creating business communications, share IT services, knowledge, policies, risks and contingency plans with business stakeholders;
• Share lessons learned and best practices across programs, building relationships with stakeholders, operations management teams and brokering relationships at all levels;
• Contributing to the development of the ITBP framework & journey map.

What you will need:

• Experience: 5+ years of direct experience in IT and business relationship/partnership roles.
• Education: Requires a bachelor's degree in related area.
• Desirable: Hold a Business Relationship Management (BRMP) or Certified Business Relationship Management (CBRM) certification. Knowledge and/or experience of/with artificial intelligence (AI) platforms.
