Executive Assistant
We are looking for an outstanding professional, used to working in a busy but fun environment, organised and a team player. The ideal candidate will be looking for a challenging role in a dynamic, entrepreneurial and highly professional company and will have experience in dealing with tight deadlines; extensive diary management; being one step ahead of their MD’s requirements and understands the importance of building relationships with clients and their teams.
In order to succeed in this role you must be versatile and have a very flexible and entrepreneurial approach. Ownership of all the tasks is a must-have. The role requires someone who is extremely personable, friendly and confident. You will be primarily responsible for organising and coordinating business meetings and managing schedules for our Managing Directors and providing ad hoc support to the wider team.
This is a fantastic job for someone who is hands on and likes a busy, rewarding and challenging role, in a fun and friendly environment. You must have solid experience in admin support to senior executives, excellent communication and organisation skills, attention to detail and be used to working under pressure. The role requires someone who is proactive, innovative (solution orientated) and who is looking for a dynamic and varied role.
