In 2019 we successfully expanded our European Valuation & Modelling expertise to Paris and this team has demonstrated an impressive growth in the last three years, with the execution of landmark engagements.

A&M Valuation Services has assembled the right team, with proven professionals who solve the most complex and challenging valuation issues for clients, including fairness opinions and commercial valuations, financial reporting and tax valuations, portfolio valuations for fund investments, valuations for claims and disputes, and strategic option evaluation.

A&M Valuation Services has a unique delivery model that enables junior members of the team to gain extensive exposure to Managing Director and senior people thus empowering individuals to fast track their careers and development. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to learn more about Valuation advisory and become involved in a ‘hands-on’ team.

The successful candidate will:

Join a fast-growing team with strong leadership, bright people with a truly entrepreneurial spirit

Gain experience in Valuation & Modelling in various contexts (transaction, restructuring,…)

Gain exposure to international projects on behalf of many of the most prominent organisations across worldwide. We operate as a European team and the individual will also gain insight to project in the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Spain among others.

The main tasks will include:

Work very closely with our senior management and support the business growth

Assist in Valuation & Modelling assignments

Assist in managing intelligence on forthcoming deals, and working on targeting of key prospects (large corporates, private equity firms and private equity held businesses)

Support the commercial activity and preparation for client pitches

Work on a long-term project across your internship in order to develop the French valuation practice.

Requirements: 

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English

Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Fluent business level English and French is essential. Additional European language skills including Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish or Arabic re highly desirable

Strong interest in a career within Valuation or Financial Advisory Services

Experience from previous internships, preferably in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity or Consulting is highly desirable
