The role and team:
We are in search for a bi-lingual, driven and hands on HR professional. This role is for someone who wants to make a difference, who is looking for a challenge and for regional exposure and who can work as a team player.
The People Operations Team look after the EMEA region (24 countries). The team is vital for building A&M’s culture and setting clear boundaries and expectations to adhere to. We are key in creating transparent processes for the entire employee journey. We are also responsible for ensuring that our SLAs are met and that the data, processes, policies and the general logistics in the lifecycle of the employees run smoothly. We are keen on making sense of data, so if you are good at data analytics and have an eye for detail, this role is for you.
As a member of the HR Ops team your aim will be to drive high quality in all the below and more:
Skills required to succeed in this Role :
-Be passionate about improving employee experience and by helping people
-Experience of providing administrative and technical support for a range of HR Operations functions particularly with an employee life cycle
-Proven experience of advising and providing resolution of queries on conditions of service, employee lifecycle matters and general employment enquiries
-Ensuring compliance and consistency across the organisation
-Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively interact with senior management
-Excellent communication & listening skills, knowing how to get a message across to others and establishing a strong rapport with employees and peers
-Ability to stir work and deliver by skillfully & effectively using verbal and written skills
-High attention to detail
-Skillful at problem solving
-Self-motivated and disciplined with analytical skills and a love of processes
-Capability to work independently as well as in teams
-Well-developed and up-to-date practical knowledge of employment law
-Very good experience using HRIS, preferably Workday
-Able to work confidentially at all times
-Excellent time management skills and proven experience of working under SLAs
-Have a collaborative, open mindset
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Experience working as part of an HR team, preferably as part of shared services or operations
-Ability to work in a highly demanding team environment with a flexible attitude
