Senior Learning & Development Coordinator

The (Senior) learning and development Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Healthcare Industry Group’s (HIG) Operations Team, specifically Learning & Development, to help to shape our employee experience and engagement as we continue to grow. This role will provide support for all HIG Learning & Development initiatives from Analyst to Managing Director. This is a primarily remote position with approximately 20% travel for team meetings and onsite learning events.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Work with L&D Director to conduct learning needs assessment, analyze data collected, prepare report-outs of key findings, and use results to design learning content that is scalable and caters to varying learning styles and audiences.
  • Execute program logistics for live and virtual learning opportunities, reporting on post-program learning metrics, and managing participant communications. 
  • Provide on-the-ground event support related to L&D events, including managing logistics and execution.
  • Support our Continuing Professional Education and Compliance Training processes, including process documentation, reporting, and managing communications.
  • Manage and provide accurate reporting on large data sets related to learner data.
  • Participate in and support internal committees targeted towards improving employee experience and engagement through Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Learning & Development and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a project management, consulting, or talent development role. Strong preference for consulting or professional services firm experience, or high-level understanding of how a consulting firm operates.
  • Business Partner: Comfortable having conversations as a business partner, at ease assessing and diagnosing learning needs using various methods, including formal needs assessment, surveys, focus groups, interviews, and proactively understanding needs that arise for learning versus other types of interventions. Must be comfortable sharing professional point of view with stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Project management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage delivery timelines effectively and communicate across teams, while also being able to work independently. Ability to manage end-to-end learning solution – gathering business requirements, developing proposal for stakeholders, gaining agreement and alignment on solution, managing project deliverables, and delivering virtual, on-demand, and/or in-person solutions.
  • Facilitation: Engaging; enjoys facilitating training or moderating sessions where needed.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written skills to communicate with stakeholders at multiple levels within the organization.
  • Organized, attention to detail for complex assignments with multiple workstreams.
  • Strong customer focus as it relates to internal stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite is required, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Passionate about helping people develop and grow their skillsets and careers

Compensation Statement

The annual base salary range is $70 - 90k commensurate with experience. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.  Please ask your recruiter for details.
