Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Go-to-Market Leader that will work closely with A&M’s Australia leadership team and jointly agree on market facing priorities and strategies. The Australia market is a new and fast-growing focus for A&M and requires an experienced GTM leader that is interested in executing today while helping build the future for this new territory. The successful candidate will have a proven track record related to areas such as marketing strategy and planning, PR agency management and media engagement, account-based marketing and promotions, business development and related responsibilities.
The priority focus for this role will include (but not limited to) the creation of promotional campaigns and content, PR and media strategies, account prioritization, account tracking and penetration analysis, cross-selling initiatives, pipeline managements, case study management and related marketing and promotional activities.
What you will be doing?
Understand A&M’s global positioning and regional market priorities and work with leaders in Australia to identify market opportunities to promote A&M, identify potential market opportunities, appropriately engage regional media outlets and create internal visibility into the market activities that are producing results.
Help initiate and build the future foundation for A&M Australia’s Go to Market operations and future state while ensuring marketing and PR execution happens today.
Develop promotional campaign strategies and plans to create brand awareness for A&M in Australia and promote capabilities to targeted accounts through digital channels, and similar.
Oversee all marketing and PR related initiatives including digital marketing (website, social, other digital and related), media relations, press and event marketing, thought leadership promotion and related activities.
Work with global and regional campaign and PR team members to develop, implement and assess multi-channel marketing campaigns.
What will you have?
10 or more years of experience that includes marketing campaigns and promotions, PR and media relations and management and similar experience.
Multiple years working in a global, matrixed, professional services organization (consulting preferred).
Experience working with senior executive stakeholders, including CEO, COO and division level leaders (or equivalent) to develop go-to-market plans and work with multiple teams to ensure successful execution of those plans.
Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, account-based marketing, cross-selling, account management, PR and media relations and related.
Understanding and proven ability to build consensus and connect leaders, including the creation of executive summary communications that deliver visibility into progress toward goals, opportunities and related items.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
