Our Infrastructure and Capital Projects practice is comprised of over than 600 sector experts and specialized consultants across the Globe. We combine strategic and operational expertise with a deep technical knowledge to support developers, sponsors, lenders, and projects leader to select, structure, improve and execute Capital Projects in a more efficient and sustainable way.
We have recently expanded to Australia and are looking for Associates and Senior Associates to work on infrastructure & capital projects engagements supporting clients to deliver massive capex programs and projects.
Activities and Responsibilities
Participate in the execution of major infrastructure projects, contributing to timely and high-quality outcomes.
Contribute to the development of detailed work plans, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of services.
Assist in data consolidation and analysis for critical insights within the capital projects industry.
Participate in presentations and client interactions, conveying information clearly and effectively.
Engage in different project solutions, collaborating with colleagues and clients across different sectors.
Respond proactively to project demands and anticipate actions crucial for project success.
Develop an understanding of the capital projects industry's unique challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master’s degree in, Engineering, or related.
Proven experience in capital projects solutions and infrastructure project management.
Strong excel and power point skills required
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in consulting firms, with strong business acumen, a self-started, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Availability for travel.
Ability to facilitate analyses to guide project delivery, proposing action plans and demonstrating confidence in decision-making.
Ability to utilize creative thinking to co-create with clients, offering internal solutions or new business opportunities to address their needs.
Profile characteristics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate to senior members of target management, client representatives and colleagues
Solid understanding of technical concepts, particularly within capital projects management.
Highly analytical and problem-solving mind-set
