Actividades y Responsabilidades:
•    Elaboración y desarrollo de materiales y propuestas para nuevos negocios.
•    Aplicación de conocimiento técnico y estratégico, proporcionando insights y soluciones innovadoras.
•    Interacción directa con clientes, conduciendo proyectos desde la concepción hasta la implementación, garantizando la ejecución eficaz de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
•    Gestión de proyectos, incluyendo definición de entregables y coordinación de equipos para asegurar el cumplimiento de metas y plazos.
•    Consolidación de datos para permitir un análisis crítico de la situación.
•    Elaboración de presentaciones e informes internos y para clientes.
•    Participación en la ejecución de los trabajos de acuerdo con plazos y calidad acordados.
•    Responder rápidamente a las demandas de los proyectos y anticipar acciones críticas para el éxito de las iniciativas.
Cualificaciones:
•    Formación académica en ingeniería.
•    Profesionales con experiencia en planificación, elaboración de presupuestos, análisis de riesgos y gestión de contratos.
•    Es esencial tener experiencia en liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
•    Buena capacidad analítica y estructuración del razonamiento.
•    Conocimiento de metodologías de gestión de proyectos.
•    Experiencia en el sector de minería será una ventaja. 
•    Habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral.
•    Dominio del inglés avanzado.
•    Disponibilidad para viajar.

•    Proactividad para adquirir conocimientos relacionados con la gestión de proyectos.
•    Iniciativa y motivación para la toma de decisiones.
•    Habilidades de pensamiento crítico.
•    Habilidades para trabajar bajo presión.
