Overview of the Role

A&M is seeking a Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator in Riyadh to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team.  The individual will have a specific focus on supporting our TA team in the Middle East providing key administrative support in region as well as working closely with the wider TA team in the UK and Europe.

 

The ideal candidate will bring administration, HR and in-house recruitment experience preferably from the professional services or recruitment industry. Reporting to the TA Director in Dubai the TA Coordinator will be a crucial part of driving the success of the team in the region.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Acting as the point of contact for all candidate interview arrangements and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the candidate journey
  • Ensuring the timely scheduling of interviews across multiple time zones, collating and sharing interview feedback and administering documentation for candidate assessments
  • Maintaining recruitment status trackers and updating A&M Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Capturing and maintaining accurate candidate information on A&M’s internal knowledge systems
  • Providing an effective and efficient administrative support to the Middle East TA team
  • Providing status updates on the candidate pipeline to stakeholders
  • Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

 

Desired Skills & Experience

 

We are looking for people who have the following experience, knowledge, skills & abilities:

 

  • Saudi National
  • Educated to degree level likely, but not essential with the right experience
  • A minimum of one year of experience in handling Recruitment and Admin related tasks preferably in a multinational, professional services company or within the recruitment industry
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Confident communicator with people at all levels
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging and changing environment
  • Objective fact-based approach to problem solving
  • High level of discretion
  • Self-starter: ‘Let’s get it done’ attitude – willing to pitch in where needed
