Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services (CMAA):

The Transaction Advisory Group team at A&M is seeking talented professionals at all levels to join our dynamic EMEA Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services team. You would be joining our single EMEA team, whose members are based across EMEA and providing CMAA services to clients across all geographies. Our team is the largest transaction and accounting advisory practice outside the Big Four, helping large corporates, private equity, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and hedge funds unlock value across the investment lifecycle 

Key Responsibilities:

Advisory on Complex Accounting Issues:

  • Provide in-depth analysis and solutions for complex accounting and financial reporting challenges, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards and regulations.
  • Assist clients in understanding the implications of new accounting standards and help them implement necessary changes.

Investment Lifecycle Support:

  • Guide clients through the various stages of the investment lifecycle, including initial due diligence, transaction structuring, and exit strategies.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and modelling to support investment decisions and enhance value creation.

Capital Markets Transactions:

  • Advise clients on capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and other strategic financial initiatives.
  • Ensure that all transactions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and are structured to optimize financial outcomes.

Collaboration with Global Teams:

  • Work closely with integrated teams across different geographies to deliver comprehensive and seamless advisory services.
  • Leverage the firm’s global network to provide clients with insights and solutions that are informed by international best practices.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Understand client needs and tailor services to meet their specific objectives and challenges.

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Graduated from a leading “Grande Ecoles” in Business and / or Engineering, or equivalent
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and financial modelling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Professional certifications such as DEC, DSCG, CPA, ICAEW, ACCA, or equivalent are preferred.
