A A&M Infra se dedica a todos os aspectos do ciclo de vida de projetos de capital intensivo, incluindo grandes empreendimentos nas áreas de logística, mineração, energia e O&G. Nossa atuação abrange desde a estruturação de projetos e processos de M&A relacionados a ativos de infraestrutura até todas as etapas de desenvolvimento e implementação, além da gestão dos ativos.
 

Responsabilidades:

  • Consolidar dados para permitir uma análise crítica da situação.

  • Elaborar apresentações e relatórios internos e para clientes.

  • Apresentar dados analisados a gestores e clientes.

  • Participar da execução de projetos, cumprindo prazos e padrões de qualidade.

  • Executar as linhas de serviço de I&CP.

  • Trabalhar em múltiplos projetos e colaborar com colegas e clientes em diversas áreas e setores.

  • Responder rapidamente às demandas do projeto e antecipar ações essenciais para o sucesso das iniciativas.
     

Qualificações:

  • Formação acadêmica em engenharia.

  • Boa capacidade analítica e habilidade de estruturar raciocínios.

  • Conhecimento de metodologias de gestão de projetos é um diferencial.

  • Habilidades de comunicação escrita e oral.

  • Disponibilidade para viagens.

  • Inglês intermediário a avançado (opcional).
     

Competências:

  • Sólidos conhecimentos técnicos adquiridos na formação acadêmica.

  • Proatividade na busca por conhecimento sobre gestão de projetos.

  • Iniciativa e motivação para a tomada de decisões.

  • Habilidade de pensamento crítico.

  • Capacidade de atuar sob pressão.

  • Aptidão para desenvolver um bom relacionamento com clientes.

  • Habilidade para apresentar detalhadamente análises a gestores e clientes.
