Associate, Infrastructure & Capital Projects

Our Infrastructure and Capital Projects practice is comprised of over 600 sector experts and specialized consultants across the Globe. We combine strategic and operational expertise with a deep technical knowledge to support developers, sponsors, lenders, and projects leader to select, structure, improve and execute Capital Projects in a more efficient and sustainable way.

We are expanding our Infrastructure & Capital Projects business and are searching for staff in the eastern and western regions of Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute activities according to agreed deadlines and quality requirements.
  • Ability to structure detailed work plans to ensure compliance with scope, timelines, and quality requirements as specified technical proposals.
  • Ability to execute infrastructure and capital projects service lines with proficiency.
  • Ability to deliver comprehensive presentations to Managers, Directors, and C-Level executives.
  • Ability to support and/or prepare technical proposals for clients.
  • Participate in multiple projects across various infrastructure sectors and functional areas.
  • Facilitate effective communication among leaders, producing results that meet stakeholder interests.
  • Respond promptly to project demands and anticipate critical actions for successful initiatives.
  • Ensure quality in project delivery.

                                                               

Qualifications:

  • +3 years of experience in engineering or consulting on infrastructure and capital projects in industries such as mining, energy, oil & gas, rail, water, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure and capital projects service lines and products.
  • Proven experience in project management will be a plus.
  • Availability to travel as required.

Skills:

  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Proactive in seeking knowledge and staying updated on project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to coordinate and supervise Analysts’ and Interns’ project deliverables.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients at various hierarchical levels.
  • Ability to present and communicate the complete scope of projects precisely to managers and clients.
