Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operation Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist users with account setup, password resets, and basic troubleshooting for compliance applications. Additionally, the role involves drafting user guides and other application documentation to ensure a smooth user experience and handling the payment of various invoices to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Key Responsibilities:

User Support:

  • Assist users with account setup and password resets.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for compliance applications.
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide timely solutions.

Documentation:

  • Draft user guides and other application documentation.
  • Update and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand application updates and incorporate them into user guides.

Invoice Management:

  • Handle the payment of various invoices.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.
  • Maintain records of all transactions and provide reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a support role, preferably within a technology or compliance environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with compliance applications.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with drafting technical documentation.

Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive a discretionary contribution to their 401(k) from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. The salary range is $50,000 - $65,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.  Please ask your recruiter for details.
