Overview of the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Team Assistant to support the day-to-day administration of our fast-paced and dynamic Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) team. This role is perfect for someone with a can-do attitude, a strong team spirit, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. Join us and play a key part in keeping our high-performing team running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Assisting EA team with: 

  • Email and calendar management. 
  • Booking meetings, venues, flights, and hotels. 
  • Completing expense reports for MDs and SDs. 
  • Completing weekly timesheets for MDs. 

Assisting wider team with:

  • Handling general office tasks, such as filing, printing, binding, scanning, and data entry. 
  • Assisting with the onboarding process of new staff.  
  • Improving and maintaining storage and retrieval systems.  
  • Ad hoc clerical duties and projects. 
  • Covering for EA holidays and absences. 

Requirements

  • Active listener with good communication skills. 
  • Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions. 
  • Good time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail.  
  • Proactive and eager to learn. 
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
