Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic and experienced Transaction Services Consultants to join our Financial Services team in Paris. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about financial services and have a strong background in transaction advisory and/or audit. You will work closely with clients to provide strategic advice and support on a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, and other financial advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and directors to develop transaction strategies and identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Assist in the development of financial models to support transaction decisions.
• Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact transactions.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from a leading “Grande Ecole” in Business and / or Engineering, or equivalent
• Big 4 trained - with experience in Transaction Services, Private Equity, Audit and M&A advantageous
• Exposure to blue-chip Corporates and/ or Private Equity is useful
• Fluent business level English and French is essential. Additional European language skills including Dutch, German, Swedish, Italian or Spanish are highly desirable
