INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY BUSINESS Relationship Partners
Overview & Position Objective:
The IT Business Partners (ITBPs) have the overall responsibility of closely managing business relationships between A&M business units and Corporate IT. This role is part of a global team but will be focused on business units primarily within the US and the UK. The goal is to build a strong understanding of the business units within these geographical areas inclusive of teams, business models, processes, business success drivers, clients, engagements, and technology. The goal is to increase efficiency, improve effectiveness and create competitive advantage by introducing new or improving our existing technology services and solutions. ITBPs will create and maintain bidirectional communication channels and collaboration at various levels within the business units. The ITBP will convey priorities and relevant IT project information, share knowledge of technology-related services, opportunities, risks, and/or impacts, align business and IT goals, and execute against common objectives. Additionally, the ITBP will work together with other corporate departments such as Human Resources, Marketing, Security, or other IT subdivisions such as HRIS, IT Support, Engineering, and/or Project Management to ensure enhanced collaboration and engagement with A&M business units to drive success through genuine partnership.

Qualifications & Certifications:
The salary range is $120 - $150 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
