We are seeking a motivated and experienced Consultant to support client projects, deliver high-quality solutions, and contribute to the success of marketing technology initiatives. This role involves working closely with clients, project teams, and leadership to assess, design, and implement solutions that improve marketing operations and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery:
    • Collaborate on marketing technology assessments and implementations for clients across industries.
    • Configure, customize, and optimize marketing technology platforms (e.g., Adobe, Workfront, Bynder, Salesforce).
    • Analyze client workflows and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and alignment with business goals.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.
    • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to client stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with project managers and team members to ensure project deliverables are on time and meet quality standards.
    • Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices across the team.
  • Research and Expertise:
    • Stay updated on trends in marketing technology and operations.
    • Support the creation of thought leadership content, including case studies, articles, and insights on emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing technology, consulting, or marketing operations roles.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Adobe, Workfront, Bynder, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze processes and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management practices; experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with system integrations and APIs.
  • Certifications in relevant marketing technology platforms or project management tools (e.g., PMP, Agile).

Compensation Statement:

The following are the annual base salary ranges, commensurate with experience: Analyst: $75,000-$100,000; Consultant: $90,000-$135,000; Manager: $135,000-$185,000; Director: $150,000-$225,000. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.  Please ask your recruiter for details.
