We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Technology Consulting Manager to lead client engagements, manage project teams, and drive strategic marketing technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing technology platforms, excellent project management skills, and a proven ability to deliver value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement and Delivery:
    • Lead client projects to assess, optimize, and implement marketing technology solutions.
    • Develop and present strategic recommendations, business cases, and roadmaps for marketing technology transformations.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Manage project teams, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
    • Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Business Development:
    • Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities and support proposal development.
    • Contribute to thought leadership by creating content, conducting research, and presenting insights on marketing technology trends.
  • Expertise and Innovation:
    • Stay updated on the latest marketing technology platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, HubSpot, Bynder, Workfront) and industry trends.
    • Design and implement solutions that enhance marketing operations, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing technology consulting, marketing operations, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role.
  • Strong expertise in marketing technology platforms, digital asset management, and workflow optimization tools (e.g., Adobe, Workfront, Bynder, etc.).
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Experience developing and mentoring teams.
  • PMP, Agile, or related certifications are a plus.

Compensation Statement:

The following are the annual base salary ranges, commensurate with experience: Analyst: $75,000-$100,000; Consultant: $90,000-$135,000; Manager: $135,000-$185,000; Director: $150,000-$225,000. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.  Please ask your recruiter for details.
