Senior Director, Insurance Optimization Services – Property & Casualty (P&C) Project Manager
Alvarez & Marsal is seeking to expand its Insurance Optimization Services (IOS) team in the U.S. with a Senior Director or Director to lead client projects.

The Director/Senior Director will have insurance industry experience and/or a consulting background in the insurance industry and will specialize in helping execute business strategy through implementation. If you have a passion for tackling complex, heart-of-the-business issues, A&M will provide a challenging environment in which to apply and grow your skills. The candidate will provide technical project management, business process redesign, analytical support, and strategic services in a C-suite advisory/consulting environment.

Travel and Hybrid Working:
Roles at A&M may involve travel for project needs, training, internal meetings, and other opportunities. We also offer hybrid working opportunities that may vary by country and/or region.
Compensation Statement:
The salary range is $150,000 - $250,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program that is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are also entitled to participate in Alvarez & Marsal Holdings’ fringe benefits, consisting of healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages at rates determined from time to time, as well as a 401(k)-retirement plan. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive a discretionary contribution to their 401(k) from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off, including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part-time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave.
